The school cafeteria is open daily.

Student lunches cost:

Hickory cafeteria will continue using a debit card format instead of tickets. Each student will have a card which can be pre-loaded with money. Each time your child purchases lunch the amount will be subracted from your card. We recommend that you deposit $87.00 which would enable your student to purchase 30 lunches. You can, of course, deposit any amount onto the card. Prepaid meals may be purchased on-line at www.myschoolbucks.com. If you are paying by check, please make payable to TUSD/Food Services and place in the Food Services box in the Hickory office BEFORE school begins.

Students are not to pay with cash in the cafeteria line. A monthly menu will go home the first day of school and each month thereafter, the menu is also available on our school website.

Please do not bring McDonald's or other fast food to the school office to be delivered to your child. If your child is in grades K-3rd, we will contact the teacher if you deliver a forgotten lunch to the office. If your child is in 4th or 5th grade, we will keep the lunch in the office, but we will not contact the teacher about it.

Please remind your 4th or 5th grader to check the office if he or she forgot their lunch.
